Servicing
The pressures of the job often means that laser cutters are heavily used in most D&T environments but sadly go without the care needed to keep them running as well as possible.
An onsite service will get your machine to its optimum state.
Laser path primary and secondary optics are checked, cleaned and aligned.
Safety interlocks are checked for integrity, carriageway and all belts checked.
An inspection and service report is provided for every service undertaken.
Any parts that are found to be in need of replacement as a result of the service and can be supplied and fitted as required.

Laser tube upgrades and re-gassing.
If your machine is down on power it may be ultimately that the tube needs to be re-gassed. This can be confirmed after an onsite inspection and power test.
Re-gassing quotes can be provided and all associated works undertaken to get your machine back to peak performance.
Need more power ? We can advise upgrade routes available for your machine.
